To keep L2 NYRA fair and fight bots and multi-account abuse, the official launcher keeps a protection session open with our servers while it is running. For this it sends:

• A technical machine identifier, turned into an irreversible hash on your computer. The original data never leaves your PC and cannot identify you outside the game.
• Hashes (fingerprints) of the game client files, to detect modified files. File contents are never sent.
• The IP address of your connection (launcher and game login).
• Technical session data: launcher version, start and activity times, whether the game is running, and the result of each login.

We do not collect your Windows user name, MAC address, list of running programs, screenshots, personal files or browsing history.

Purpose: used only for anti-cheat and fair play — enforcing server rules such as the limit of 2 connections per IP — and for review by our Game Masters. This data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Retention: kept for 90 days, then deleted. Data linked to an active penalty may be kept while the penalty lasts.

When you join the Referral & Streamer Program we store the data you send: your name (streamer/channel name or nickname), whether you join as a streamer or a player, platform, channel link and average viewers (streamers only), language(s), country, contact (email and optional Discord) and the requested code, plus the date and a hashed IP address to prevent spam.

This data is used only to run the Referral & Streamer Program (reviewing applications, counting players and paying prizes) and is kept until the program ends plus 90 days, then deleted.

When you pre-register we store your email, the optional nickname and referral code, country, language, how you heard about us, the campaign link you came from, the date and a hashed IP address to prevent spam.

We use it only to prepare the launch, give you the account registration link and measure which communities, streamers and players bring new players. It is never sold or shared, and it is deleted 90 days after the server opening.
